We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Capital Markets team. In this role you will be working with complex data sets to deliver valuable insights and empower informed decision making. You will be developing ongoing analyses to support the underwriting, accounting, and marketing teams.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Utilize Python for data cleaning, preprocessing, and statistical analysis.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
• Create metrics and build effective dashboards in AWS Quicksight.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decision-making.
• Continuously improve data processes and methodologies to enhance data quality and efficiency.
• May be required to perform other tasks and duties reasonably related to job responsibilities.

Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• C1 Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, M.S. preferred.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Proficiency with Python or another programming language, such as R or Matlab.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with statistical methods and machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Ability to communicate results clearly.
• Strong work ethic and initiative.
